Project Employee, Marketing – NBA Brazil

Descrição da Oportunidade
The person in this position, will support NBA Brazil’s efforts in promoting and launching the NBA’s new global brand campaign, by actively working with our partners to identify opportunities that will promote our new brand positioning, engage fans, increase social media activity and promote local events that support the NBA brand campaign.

Responsabilidade e funções
Collaborate with the international marketing and communications teams in order to plan and execute our local marketing strategy (general branding and events)
Planning and execution of key NBA Brazil marketing plans as it relates to launching the NBA’s new brand campaign (ex: relationship with local agency, briefing process, media planning, media buy, spot production and approval, analyze results)
Assess the state of our local PR and communications plans, identifying opportunities that will better promote the new brand campaign and increase overall brand awareness (ex: lifestyle publications, 8 Brazilian players at the league)
Manage our local social media agency (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
Provide monthly reports, presentations and general information about the region to the international marketing team

Brand Coordinator Nike Brazil

Support the Brand Director on the seasonal game plan process working close to marketing x-functional team (sharing information, following-up, recapping meetings, etc).
Connect with local consumers, feeding the marketing organization with insights about how to better serve and engage with youth in Rio.
Identify opportunities of brand activations and partnerships with key consumer hotspots across the city.
Lead the execution of grassroots events, including the planning and order of seasonal key products for Grass Roots activations working with Brand Ops Team (Contract).
Be responsible for recaps and weekly brand highlights of key brand activations.
Support Brand Director on the alignment and control of the Brand budget with Brand Ops.

Responsible for developing, directing and coordination of the complete marketing plan for a category that drive brand strategies.Responsible for developing the programs that will maximize the brand’s awareness and sales, through the message and media that are meaningful to retailers and consumers.Assist in the development and execution of seasonal and category marketing programs.Engage with the consumer by category to ensure targeted programs are driving brand strategies with the consumer. Adopt, enrich and creatively execute and/or support global category strategy within local markets.Partner across internal teams (sports marketing, event marketing, retail brand marketing, etc.) to ensure programs are executed per category brand direction.
